History:

Tempest’s mother, Madison is a muggle that fell in love with a wizard named William Malinov in 1995. Her mother has always been open minded of others and doesn’t judge unless she experiences it for herself. She is stern but fair. Her father, is kind hearted and stern but fair just like his wife. When they first met, her father was too shy at first to make a move on her mother.

The first time William, her father, met her mother it was in November of 1994. He had walked into a diner, intending to get breakfast one saturday morning when he saw a woman with brown, mousey hair. She sat at a corner booth with one of her friends enjoying a cup of tea. William took one look at Madison and was smitten. Madison didn’t even notice William at first because he was so shy and didn’t want to be rejected.

All William could do was sit at the end of the bar and occasionally look at the woman of his dreams. He did ask the waitress at the counter how often she came in. He learned that Madison came in every saturday morning and sat in that same corner booth every time. From that moment on, William would come in every saturday morning, try to work up the courage to approach Madison and fail.

One day he came before she did and told the waitress that he would buy Madison’s tea and to have it ready at the table when she came in, with a note. Madison had been puzzled when she came in to find a cup of tea waiting at her booth with the note. She’d asked the waitress who had given her the tea and was surprised when the waitress pointed to a blushing dark blonde haired man. Madison had taken her tea and sat at his table much to his surprise.

William Malinov had stammered a shy greeting. But, once she’d smiled at him, he relaxed and they had a beautiful breakfast. Over the course of a few weeks they both enjoyed being together. They celebrated the New Year together and at the end of January had moved in together. By June, it was beginning to be a serious relationship. By the time November came back around it was a year to the day when they had had their first conversation. It was the day that William told her mother that he was a wizard.

Madison didn’t disbelieve him entirely right off the bat but she was curious. Eventually, William finally convinced her that he was a real wizard and had no problems with it. All she wanted, was to be with him, magic and all. William was overjoyed that he had been accepted for what and who he was. He showed her his world and Madison never regretted it. Another year had passed and William finally found the confidence to propose to Madison. Without hesitating, she said yes.

It was an epic romance between the two. Of course Madison’s family was kept in the dark about William’s background, but they loved him and trusted Madison’s choice. William’s family was warm and welcoming towards her, intent immersing her in their world so that she would know exactly what she was getting into. Madison took it all in stride. She was even curious about the little creature called a Niffler and thought it especially cute when she saw a picture of it.

By April of 1995, William and Madison were happily married. But dark things began to sprout up around the wizarding community. Dark whispers of You-Know-Who back from the dead and rising to power reached the Malinov residence. William was not stupid. He knew what it would mean if the Dark Lord should rise again and did not want to put his new wife in jeopardy. He offered to obliviate her memories about him so she could continue her life with her family. It distressed them both. But he was surprised when Madison adamantly refused to give him up.

So, to protect his new wife and her family from the Ministry of Magic, he obliviated his in-laws to forget their oldest daughter and whisked her away to safety. Whey the Dark Lord was finally revealed to have indeed risen, William had set up a safe house for those that were close to him and those in need.

During the Second Wizarding War, William and his family kept on the move. They never stayed in one place for long lest they were captured by the Dark Lord’s minions. For two years they stayed underground, helping to rescue those trying to escape. It was hard times and William again gave her the option to have her memories of him removed. She would have rather died then forget the love of her life.

When news finally reached them two months after the fall of the Dark Lord, they celebrated. They came out of hiding and returned to their homes. By the time of the New Millenium, the couple welcomed their first child into the new world. A baby girl they named Tempest. A year after that, Madison gave birth to triplets, two boys and a girl. The oldest was named William Jr., their second boy was named Maddox and their youngest daughter was named Petra. The family was now complete and were as happy as could be.
