Sissel Jowd is a Canadian born, Gryffindor alumnus that used to work for the Time Travel Investigation & Regulation Bureau in the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic. In the 2009 TetraWizard Tournament year at Hogwarts, he took up the History of Magic teaching position, but has since returned to the DoM.
