Roxanne Daphne Gunter is a spunky yet sophisticated young woman with a bright future ahead. She loves people and loves to party, but can also be a very serious and sophisticated when she needs to be. Her past affected her very little even though she is sometimes haunted by thoughts of her insane mother.
History
Roxanne Daphne Gunter was born to Rebecca (muggle) and Milo Gunter (wizard) on 1987-03-11. The couple was unhappy with each other and divorced when Roxie was just two, Milo claiming that the girl’s mother was clinically insane. The next two years were fought for the custody of little four-year-old Roxanne. Her father won the law battle and her mother was allowed planned visits due to her deteriorating mental health.
Roxie was a giggly and creative child, always finger painting or playing a game with her stuffed animals. Her father began to date a witch friend of his when Roxanne was eight. Later that year, the girl’s mother was put into a clinic for the psychopathic. Roxie paid little to no mind about it, but always strived to make her father happy, even if it was just a page from a coloring book with the colors inside the lines. A few months later, after Roxie turned nine, her magic kicked in. She was gardening with her father in the backyard of their small Flixton home, when the Gerbera Daisies began to change different colors. Her father was over-joyed that his little princess had the ability he had grown up with as well.
Two years later, Roxanne was sent off to Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor; her father wrote her every week, except one. He explained in his next letter that her mother had escaped from the institution and had broken into the small residency, looking for her daughter. Milo had called the police immediately and her mother was put into a high-security mental hospital. Roxie was a little shaken by the news, but didn’t let it show.
Over the next few years until graduation, Roxanne became a social butterfly, always talking and getting along wither everyone, partying hard and spending quite time with her father and her stepmother, Claire, whom had married her father when she was 14. Claire and Roxie get along very well and are very close.
Once Roxanne graduated, she moved into a small flat in Dragon Towers with her best friend since childhood, Jane Hunter. They both pitch-in on rent and are normally quiet, pleasant neighbors.In the five years since graduation, Roxie has been working on her novel, having doubting the original plot, has rewritten the untitled story over 5 times.
