Quinn McAvoy (born September the 15th, 1991 in Bethnal Green, East London) is a half-blood Gryffindor Seventh Year. A self-styled party girl, Quinn was born to a half-blood wizard, Henry, and a muggle mother, Lynette. Loud, boisterous and endlessly bold, Quinn loves a good celebration and acting as the clown in front of her best friends, Emmylou Carter and Grace Eddy.
Quinn's personality divides many: she is on good-terms with the likes of Devlin Matthews and Alexander Snark, but is hated by the likes of Delilah Young and Maeve Whitman for her brash, truant ways. A failure academically, Quinn aspires to be a Quidditch commentator like her favourite, and sees homework as a waste of time.
Relationship wise, Quinn's known for her flings and her "love 'em and leave 'em attitude", but a lengthy and volatile relationship with John Flickwick is the most prominent - he's the only guy who she still pines over, and her involvement caused her to fall-out with John's younger sister, Sophie Flickwick. An attempt at reconciliation only divided the girls further.
