Originally a group that allowed grumbling Ex-Azzies to express their displeasure with the Ministry, the Wizarding Blood Alliance has since evolved into a full-fledged revolution. Led by Cináed Tawse, they plot to undermine the current government and bring back the pro-Wizard ways of the past.

Following his release from the Bridge House and successful assassination of the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, Cinaed is opening up the Black Chimaera to anyone who even remotely considers themselves a friend. It is not public knowledge that Cinaed had anything to do with the murder. An uncharacteristically shaky Dazmond Wiedman apparates into Knockturn Alley after an unannounced three and a half month hiatus. What little she remembers appears to her in dream images as she makes her way somewhere with company. Stumbling in on a celebration at the Black Chimaera where the Wizarding underworld is applauding the Assassination of Gawain Robards, Dazmond reunites with her friends and husband Nate Briggs, who perceives the dark energies surrounding her wandless return.

On the night of the full moon, when Knox Greyfriar and Vladislaus Dragulia are escorting three students back to the Hogwarts castle, a werewolf attacks (set loose by Cináed Tawse)! Students Sasha Schlagenweit and Beatrix Dark escape and the Capture Unit swoops in at the last minute to subdue the werewolf, but not before Knox suffers a bite. Knox and Fauna then go to St. Mungo's to treat his wound. Branching Plot: Greyfriar the Werewolf and Werewolf Attacks
Encounter

"Solaris Maximus!" A pillar of light shone from Knox's wand like the head lamp of a giant steam train. For a moment, everything was white and blinding. Blinking through the light, Knox saw it crashing through the thinnest of the saplings.

"Werewolf!" he bellowed, stumbling backwards. He was able to cast Reducto before the beast was upon him.

Most Thursdays, the Black Chimaera is closed to the public. On this particular Thursday, The Black Chimaera has been opened up to all residents of Knockturn Alley. The bar is open and completely self-service. There've been no fliers - no written evidence of this get together. Invites have spread through the Alley through word of mouth under the guise of a first meeting of the KABANA - the Knockturn Alley Business And Neighborhood Association.

With a cryptic letter in hand from Anna Tawse, Cináed's mother, and the information turned over by Jonas, Tamis Raynor travels to the Tawse home in Scotland. Though Anna tries to turn over Robin to her niece, she is foiled when her son bursts into the scene. Tipped off by a spy in the Auror Office, Cináed Tawse attacks Raynor and manages to pass Robin through the Floo in the fireplace, sending him to allies waiting at the Black Chimaera. He is finally driven away by the arrival of Archer Radley, Adon Eleor, and Jonas Trevelyan, who are left to deal with two victims in a burning house.
