Squib Matilda Quinn and muggle Jacoba Schlagenweit of Reducto Records have drawn a great deal of attention to themselves for no fault of their own - just living their lives, taking care of their families and making ends meet. But rancor is seeping up from Knockturn Ally through the arts and witchcrafty Dazmond Wiedman. And now it's getting violent.

Nasty posters have gone up all around Diagon Alley and they are a horrible to get down. But Dr. Hannah Bombay from the Ministry of Magic stops by Reducto to offer her support. Bombay urges muggle Jacoba Schlagenweit to stand up to the harassment and report it to the Ministry of magic, but she seems hesitant. Although she does resolve to talk about it with her boyfriend, Auror Adon Eleor, who she's staying with.

“That’s ridiculous!” Hannah let out a small laugh and folded her arms across her stomach, shifting her weight onto her left leg as she looked up at the record vendor. Bombay was used to looking up at people. “You have the guts to come into this world and work when we keep it a secret from the great majority of muggles for security reasons, and when there’s trouble from someone disagreeing with this new move, you just ignore it. How does that make sense?”Hannah Bombay

Zora Roh is sent to check on the situation at Reducto Records and offer solutions to stopping the harassment and to ensure that both women and their families and business is safe. Zora and Jacoba, however, clearly don't see eye to eye on the best way to handle the situation. But their argument is cut short when an unknown party throws a rock through their front window.
Neighborhood Watch

The window seemed to suck in its belly before the stone came crashing through. All the event posters and gig promo's that papered the large pane of glass did nothing to help the poor window from shattering into a thousand screaming pieces.

When some silly NPC flubs up the paperwork, Zora Roh is shocked and fully vexed to discover that Adon Eleor is the live-in boyfriend of her muggle harassment case, Jacoba Schlagenweit. She confronts him in the Ministry atrium cafeteria to set this straight.

Continuing to do her duty by protecting Quinn and Schlagenweit from harassment, Zora Roh makes another check in at Reducto Records. But this time, their ideological differences come to education of the Levicorpus variety.
