Yet another descendant of the Ashenmoore family, a long line of renowned British herbologists, Phineus is living up to his name as a professional herbologist. At work he ensures supplies of magical plants and their extracts to apothecaries in parts of Scotland and north England; in his free time he focuses on studying the benefits of British plant extracts in countering various pests and pesky pets as well as breeding magical plants to be an unobtrusive Muggle deterrent to wizarding areas without the need for magic.
Always means well for the good of the general public, but is known for getting too caught up in his research at times and can talk obsessively about plants for hours. Has good organisational skills and has been leading the British Association of Herbologists for a decade.
