Appearance
Penny has long black hair past her waist. As of 3rd year she has been tying her hair up in an elaborate bun above her head when working on practical lessons after taking Creatures.

She is very energetic and likes exploring nature. Her mother Francine is typically hassled to keep Penny in her line of vision.

At Absit Omen
There was some curiosity if Penny was going to be sorted into a different House, given Philo broke the streak of Hufflepuff sortings by being a Ravenclaw. Penny was a Hufflepuff through and through.
For 3rd year, she was most interested in Creatures and Muggle Studies. The first is a given for most Falkins (sans Philo) but the latter is somewhat surprising. Unlike her disinterested older siblings and Philo's mechanical interests, Penny has always liked her father's, Frederick's, explanations of muggle technology and his family's history.
