Noelie Duerr is a Beauxbatons Academy graduate. Daughter of Martijn Duerr and Margo Duerr. She is niece to Camille Storm and a cousin of Johann Storm.
Noelie is a potioneer who supplies French apothecaries with remedies, and the second child. She is mischievous and beautiful.
Fond of her cousin Johann, she spent some time on April 8th 2009 winding him up about his tie with Vedir Prideaux when they both visited. Noelie enjoyed the flirting from Vedir towards her however. She also gave Johann a significant supply of strong sleeping potion before he left, without mentioning it to anyone else.
