Morgana used to own Morgana’s Novelties in Diagon Alley but now has closed it down permanently, having disappeared to France after a family spat between Mordecai and their father about getting her disowning reversed. She is currently living with an old friend, René Cartier, a retired historian now working as an artefact researcher who doesn't care how she obtains the items he examines as long as they're intact.
Mordecai Hollingbury is her older brother. He still considers her his sister, feeling that their father was not justified in disowning her for such a minor issue, but he's torn about treating her as family and staying true to his family itself.
