Mihai is a wizard of the Portuguese-Romani culture. He is a Beauxbatons alum and was born and raised in Aveiro, Portugal. He worked out of Portugal for many years as a specialist in the field of memory and magical memory. Part of his job was to track down people who knew government secrets, and alter their memories. He also helped with interrogations, and is easily able to tell the difference between a modified memory and a real one. He frequently used Blood Magic in his work.

He has recently 'retired' and is now working for the UK ministry as an obliviator. Father of Juni Zamperia.
