Ruthless, sadistic and psychotic, there are few good words that describe Marc Donnelly, a former Slytherin and personal hitman for Theodora Kingstreet. He was raised in both the criminal muggle and wizarding world, his father an IRA agent and his mother a witch. He has a personal vendetta against Marcus Annwyl because he believes he killed his father when, in reality, the sniper that shot Norman was Dean Brison.
Marc has lived a fairly impressive life of crime, escaping for a while thanks to his cunning guile and skill with the wand until he was captured in late 1990 and spent 10 years in Azkaban. Shortly after being released, he was employed by Theodora Kingstreet to kill Leon Carter in the Remembering Day Murders, framing Kyle Gibson in the process by using polyjuice infused with the teens hair. He also killed auror Benjamin Timmins in the assault, merely because the man was in his way.
Around this time, he attempted to exact some revenge on Annwyl by kidnapping his girlfriend at the time, Moira Randall, but he let her go because he found her 'interesting'. With the investigation getting heated up, Marc disappeared for nearly a year before being called back again by Kingstreet, who hired him to kidnap Lucy Matthews in an attempt to punish her wayward protege, Devlin Matthews.
Given creative freedom, Marc ended up also kidnapping and torturing Jason Marren, a healer whose likeness he commandeered in order to snatch the girl thanks to a dragonpox scare at Hogwarts. He met back up with Moira and managed to seduce her as Jason, but things came to head too quickly for the romance to gain much traction.
Currently
Marc was killed during a wand fight between Dean Brison, Devlin Matthews and himself when the two invaded his safehouse to retrieve Lucy Matthews.
