Leonora "Nora" Carter is the older sister Emmylou Carter. She is the second daughter of Leon Carter and his wife.
Appearance: Brown hair, blue eyes, fair.
Short Bio: Ravenclaw alumnus, works in Spell Intervention, more hot-headed than Edie, sarcastic, picky, bookish, often at odds with Emmylou. At the end of the day, she loves her family as much as any of the girls. Least like either of the parents, but she's quite obviously their daughter where it counts.
