Crimes
Second War
Although his greater crime was feeding information to periphery Death Eaters in the 1990s leading up to Voldemort's occupation of the Ministry, he was instead tried for his actions during the occupation.
He appeared friendly with the Death Eaters who controlled things, he was tried - and found guilty for conspiring and co-operating with torture, and sentenced. The majority of his work informing before the Ministry was overthrown did not come to light through lack of firm evidence - he had not been identified as the source.

Skills
- Duelling - trained as an auror, although one-handed has always been strong at combat with a wand
- Imperio - refined in the last year, can hold imperio on one subject, has dabbled on more than one
- Pickpocketing/thieving - not his strongest skill but has come in handy in a crowd
- Control of Dementors - haphazard but eventually gets the results he needs.
- Navigation - cannot use floo, regularly moves around the country and navigates unfamiliar territory with maps and his memory
- Lockpicking/Ward Breaking - increasingly proficient at breaking into dwellings both Muggle and wizarding.
Weaknesses
- No Patronus - since using dark magic is unable to create a patronus at all
- One hand - lost his wand hand and now uses his right hand which is not his dominant
- Fatigue/Malnutrition - often does not have enough to eat and very little sleep as is homeless
- Ill health - and dementor exposure, the dementors have sent him into deep despair and depression, and may be suppressing or reducing his magical potential
- Lingering loyalty - to his niece Hannah Bombay, to old friends
- Lack of backup - since William Shufflebottom was taken into custody, he's working on his own. Ira Almasy only cares for him if he's doing her work.
- Lack of resources - money, equipment are harder to come by, at first.
Misc
- Lawrence historically supported the Watling Warriors, a quidditch team based in his home city of St Albans, who his father supports too
- Was taken out by a giant wielding a lamppost in Trafalgar Square on his 19th birthday [1]
- A fan of the 1970/80s wrock band Devil's Snare, he saw them on tour in early 1985
- He took pleasure in watching Muggle films in the 1980s and 1990s
- He always aimed to become a Senior Auror, then Head Auror, and to marry and have a small family and keep a dog
- He held a close friendship, and love for classmate Susannah Bellingham into adulthood, but never managed to discover if she felt the same. She died of illness while he was in Azkaban.
