Larissa Lavender

Larissa Lavender is a kind of magical flower sold at Floriblunders Florist on Diagon Alley. It was cultivated in the 19th century by a Floriblunders ancestor who wanted to grow a kind of Lavender that was more fragrant and potent in potions.

This flower has a more vivid colour than regular lavender, with petals that are almost thorn-like. It is advised to soak Larissa Lavender in a geranium and newt's tail solution before use in potions.

Its petals can be used to enhance sleeping draughts whereas its stalk is a popular ingredient in fertiliser mixes.
