Rebellious, excitable and playful, Keegan is a consummate prankster and a 2nd (soon to be 3rd) year Gryffindor. Raised on the rougher streets of Waterford, Ireland with a mother that has little concern for him and no father figure, Keegan gets into trouble easily and often. Coming to the wizarding world has opened an entirely new world of troublemaking and he loves every minute of it. He is also coming to that age where he notices girls,mainly Dahlia Collins, an intelligent Hufflepuff who shared his first real kiss. However, it wasn't just his budding hormones that changed Keegan this last year, it was when he met Dean Brison, a handsome Hitwizard for hire from the American south, who also happened to be his father. Maeve eagerly unloaded her unruly son on his father and the two have been trying to learn how to cope with a father/son they never had. For the greater part of his 2nd year, Keegan attempted to tone down his behavior, in part to make his father proud and in part to live up to Dahlia's expectations. However, Keegan couldn't keep that side of him under control for long. After Dahlia broke up with him, and with encouragement from his best mate Mairead ó Fearghail, his new 'mentor' Phillip Kinsey and, surprisingly, his father himself, Keegan has drifted back into his old ways.
Currently
Since his father, Dean Brison recently finished up his job hunting down Marc Donnelly and rescuing Lucy Matthews, Keegan had been preparing to move back to the American South with him. However, Dean was awarded Merlin, First Class and offered a higher paying job as an Auror at the ministry, so these plans were cut mercifully short. So instead, Keegan is looking forward to a summer of class free pranking and fun with friends.

- Little Known Fact: Keegan loves Space and has wanted to go there since he was a very young boy, but his mother and teachers made it clear his grades were no where good enough, so he lost that dream. However, he still loves star gazing, cites Orion as his favorite constellation and has a piece of 'meteorite' that he found as his most prized possession.
Romantic History
At 13, Keegan is just starting to 'like' girls and hasn't experienced much in the way of 'romantic' relationships past puppy love and crushes. He has had only one 'relationship', with Dahlia Collins, with whom he shared his first kiss. While Dahlia was a tempering agent for his more destructive habits and a catalyst in him wanting to do better in school (aside from the longing to please his father), ultimately, the two were too different. He struggled with keeping his rambunctious, troublemaking nature in control and she felt that he wasn't serious enough for her liking. The two parted ways in the spring of 2010, but remain friends. Keegan has had his share of crushes, the current one being his older house mate Lua Taylor, but has 'noticed' other girls in his year. He has also been the focus of a few crushes that he isn't aware of, by Serenity Thornton and Madeleine Whitman.
