Short Bio: Affectionately known as Julez, was born in 1981 and was the baby of her generation of Whitman offspring. She was also one of the few females and thus found herself at the center of her brother and male relatives being overprotective. This intensified when she entered school as her brother and older cousin, Oscar, encouraged her to keep her distance romantically from any suitors who were not pure.
As the story goes (if anyone is allowed to tell it at family gatherings), Julie fell in love with a muggle-born/half-blood and was prepared to marry him. Unfortunately, the romance was sabotaged by Oscar. The two have rarely spoken since. Julie remains one of the few in the family who is sympathetic to her other cousin, Nathan, wanting to marry his muggle-born Hogwart's Sweetheart, Myrni Levartian. But since she attempts to keep to herself and isn't aware that Oscar is attempting to ruin that engagement too.
For the most part, Julie is content to remain unmarried and has focused her Ravenclaw honed talents on her job. She followed her uncle's footsteps and became an Obliviator.
