Isaac was the Head of Hufflepuff House, and the professor of Muggle Studies, and recently returned to Hogwarts again as the Muggle Studies professor. His kind and loyal demeanor have taken him far in life and in the studies of various cultures. He is confident in the classroom, but not always in the face of a conflict with a peer or elder.

In 2000 he led his own study through Africa, publishing the book, Tribal Forms of Muggle Magic.

In August of 2009 he began work at the new Muggle Affairs Office as the Muggle Liaison Supervisor. He eventually moved back to Hogwarts to again teach Muggle Studies.
