Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a British wizarding boarding school teaching the magical arts, located in Scotland inside Hogwarts Castle. It was originally founded around the year 990, and is celebrating its 600th anniversary in the 1690s.
The canonical Headmaster in 1692 may be Vindictus Viridian, but this is flexible.
