Short Bio: Emma Foley is an Irish witch, and an author of books about magical creatures. Some of her books have been used at required texts for Hogwarts students studying the Care of Magical Creatures. Emma Foley is currently writing a book called Raising a Werewolf about her and Olivia's experience growing up as a werewolf child.
She is the mother of Olivia Foley whom she adopted after Olivia was bitten by a werewolf when she was four years old.
She was a thirty-year-old woman who had studied all sorts of magical creatures and was becoming a distinguished author of books on various types of creatures. Not only did she see the chance to study werewolves through this young girl but the chance to have a daughter. Emma Foley was unable to have children and always knew she would adopt and when she saw Olivia she fell in love. When all the paperwork was done Ollie was taken to their cottage in Dublin, Ireland.
