Dorsey James is a bartender at Death & Co. Previous to working at Death & Co, Dorsey worked at The Leaky Cauldron. Dorsey was working on the night of the Guy Fawkes explosions, but was on a smoke break at the time of the blasts. She and Margo Amherst were friends, previous to this, and Margo offered her a position at Death & Co.
Her personal history is a little more mysterious. She was born and raised in Barbados, having received her magical education in the Caribbean. When she was 17 and graduated, her mother married one of her professors - an English man - and they moved to London. She followed along, despite being a legal adult, has been here ever since. Dorsey is known for creativity behind the bar and having an outlandish personality/style.
