Appearance: A dark red streak that is extremely concentrated and thin, almost difficult to see (like the point of a laser).

Description: Creates a rupture in the brain tissue of a victim. Depending on the particular flare and intention of the caster, this can cause instantaneous death or be quite prolonged, inducing seizures and other symptoms like slurred speech, headaches, lethargy, and nausea/vomiting.

The spell is almost always lethal, unless the counter-curse can be used in time ("Coagulum Cerebrum").

This spell is particularly useful when victims are muggle or left in muggle areas. It appears to be spontaneous and can come with a number of other health conditions that could be had. Healers who are trained in spell damage will be able to find the pinpoint burn that will appear where the spell connects with its victim.
