Declan Ó Móráin was the Deputy Headmaster of Hogwarts and Care of Magical Creatures professor. He is known for favoring Slytherin and Ravenclaw house. His sister is Liadán Ó Móráin. Declan was disowned as a teenager and sent to live with an aunt. His current views on blood purity remain murky at best.
