Cyril Lancaster is a much appreciated St Mungo's caretaker. In his fifties, the squib works tirelessly to help keep wards clean. He has worked at St Mungo's since he was old enough, and has seen many come and go. He is well known to staff and long term patients, and is often heard whistling in corridors.
Appearance
Cyril sports a moustache, tousled salt and pepper hair, with stubble. He's not overly handsome, but he's somewhat charming. He has a square jaw, and looks like he might get up to something. He smokes, and can be found at irregular intervals throughout the day smoking a roll up cigarette on the roof of the hospital, hence striking up more of a friendship with Arcturus Hollingbury from October 2010 onwards.
Personality
Cyril tends to side with healers on all matters. Sometimes he gently lets healers know that Miranda Elliot is coming to their floor. He is willing to go the extra mile and even do a few extra hours in a week if it means the hospital's staff and patients benefit.
