Brief Intro
Cináed Tawse is an ex-Azzie who was imprisoned for murder during the Battle of Hogwarts. He is now on parole and the owner of The Black Chimaera tavern in Knockturn Ally. He is the leader of the Wizarding Blood Alliance.

Immediately following Cináed's flight from the Ministry, this was his primary personal hideout. It's remote, desolate, easy to guard and difficult to get to.
People who've visited
This was also one of the first hideouts Cináed established after running form the Ministry. This is the hideout he, primarily, hides his kidnapped son at. The family who lived in the one farm at this location have been imperioused and the grandmother serves as Robin's unwilling nanny.
Cameron Rosier's muggle neighbor in London. Cináed murdered the muggle and disposed of the body and took up residence in the man's house to spy on and plan his attack on Rosier.
