The Hufflepuff son of the murdered Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. An upstanding young man, and quite goofy. He is currently the Werewolf Registry Clerk in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures.
Charlie is fun, pure and simple. He is a great guy to be around, even though he can sometimes get a little annoying with the pestering and pranking. He may be a little misguided, but is easygoing and fun loving. When people get to know Charlie they become his friends for life. He is a very forgiving person, which could be his greatest flaw. He is a Hufflepuff through and through.
