Charlie Harris is a newer recruit to the Werewolf Capture Unit, having joined in August 2011.
Charlie is on the nerdy side and loves Muggle pop culture. At Hogwarts, he played Beater for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, although he lost his house at least one match due to his short attention span.
After graduating from Hogwarts, Charlie spent a couple of years living at home with his Muggle parents without doing much of anything. It was only when they threatened to make him get a mundane job that he applied to the Ministry and ended up with the Werewolf Capture Unit, where his good friend Yasuo Sasaki was working. There, he has quickly made a name for himself for talking too much and asking too many questions. Although he means well, he has very little social awareness, and often does not realize when others are less enthusiastic about topics than he is.
Charlie is good friends with Yasuo Sasaki, although he occasionally embarrasses his former classmate with his over-the-top enthusiasm. He also has noticeable crushes on Stacey Li of the WCU and Abigail Reid with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Lately, he has been coming up with whatever excuses he can to run errands near Solomon Carstairs' office so that he can bother the Department Head's assistant.
