The Black Chimaera is located at the foot of Knockturn Alley, almost as far from Diagon Alley as you can get. There is a vacant shop front on the lefthand side and a dark magic book seller opposite. Its owner and proprietor is Cináed Tawse.
To the casual visitor, The Black Chimeara is a small, dark pub that serves many traditional and even more more novel and experimental alcoholic drinks. A few simple "pub-fare" dishes are served, though they are of questionable quality. The inn has five rooms that can be rented if the guest isn't picky about quality. First and foremost, the Black Chimeara is a social gathering place for members of the Wizarding Blood Alliance.

Appearance
The Black Chimaera is a small, dark pub nestled between a vacant store and the brick wall that makes up the end of the alley. The main, front room is where the weathered bar is located. There are a handful of small, tables but there's little decoration or ornamentation on the walls. A variety of wizard's chess boards and other game paraphernalia are provided around the room.
The rooms to let are located upstairs and though each is of an odd shape, they are similarly and simply furnished. Downstairs, behind the main pub room is a more comfortably furnished lounge room open exclusively to members of the WBA.
