References: One is cast by Dieter Morgenstern to close off the scene of the Leaky Cauldron post-Nov 5th explosion so that he can carry out his investigations undisturbed. The line is attuned to colleagues, as demonstrated by Sameera Taylor passing through with no problems to talk to him in Picking Apart the Pieces.
Notes: This spell is similar to the Age Line Dumbledore cast around the Goblet of Fire on 30 October, 1994, to prevent underage students from entering the Triwizard Tournament.
