Durmstrang Institute Headmaster. Auberon attended the 2009-10 Tetrawizard Tournament at Hogwarts with his students and a selected group of staff.
Before becoming headmaster in 1995, he was a Creature Study & Defense professor at the school. He succeeded Igor Karkaroff in the post. He still maintains Durmstrang's policy of not accepting Muggle-borns for students.
Auberon is a loud, enragingly healthy and loud sort of man, with as much brain as brawn and an intense sense of pride - in his school, his family and himself. He lives a life so crammed full of ham it's apparently genetic, and has no concept of an 'indoor voice.'
