Short Bio: Argyle Winstonian Canterbury is an elderly Wizengamot member. He has had numerous wives and children and is the biological father of Griffon Manley, Corduroy Canterbury, Polly Esther Ligeia Canterbury and Polka-Dot Canterbury (among others), and the great grandfather of Ignatius Prewett V. The Canterbury Estate is in the village of Mould-on-the-Wold 
. Argyle has been a long serving as a Wizengamot member. At times he is very old in pure-blood manner of thinking and predujices, as shown by his opinions of werewolves during Knox Greyfriar and Hannah Bombay's first hearing (Aug 11 - Sleeping Dogs Don't Lie). Many in his family believe he is starting to go senile. He often goes on lavish vacations or hunting trips with family and friends.
