Romulus Blackthorne and Morgana Strange had been wed for several years and lived among an America muggle community, regardless of their magical heritage. At the time, Romulus worked with the U.S. Magical Government in the Muggle Liason Office whereas Morgana stayed at home to look after her children, Romaine and Angerona. Angerona went to muggle grammar school to understand the basics of language, writing, and arithmetic.
Angerona is foppish (concerned with her clothes and appearance in an affected and excessive way), meticulous about organization, and has a strange obsession with numbers. Numerology and Astronomy are by far her best subjects. She is protective of her siblings and she has a very nasty mean streak. Most of the time she is friendly and helpful towards her peers, including those of other houses, but there are some things she simply cannot tolerate and if a person goes too far, she has slick methods of making sure they get what they deserve.
