Former Muggle home to Francis, Ambrose and Tim, the modest three-bedroomed house in Biggleswade is nestled alongside Muggle neighbours. They received normal post, paid council tax and paid utility bills like a Muggle family, though barely used electricity.
Most visitors apparating in came to the back door at the back of the kitchen, and most Muggle guests called at the front door which has a small front garden before it.
Although there is a small dining room, most dinners take place in the kitchen which is the heart of the family home. A lot of time is spent here.
