Wand: Mercedes Wand is a 13' Mahogany wand with the core of a Dragon Heartstring. As Mercedes prized possession, this wand is a highly valued heirloom passed down from her father's side.

Physical Description: Mercedes is a Metamorphamangus. But most of the time she is a dark skinned, black haired girl with glasses and very fine features. Her Spanish heritage, is of  a noble sort and thus her physique, very tall, slender, and very attractive. Her legs are very long and at "5'5" she towers over most girls her age. When Mercedes shifts, it really depends on her mood. When her emotions changes, so does her hair, most of the time... If she wishes, she can make herself a short, fat girl with pink hair and gold eyes. Very different from her normal short black hair, tall body and deep purple eyes.

Personality Description: Mercedes grew up always getting what she wanted, so when she is refused something, her head flares red and she screams in her mouth. Her voice changes and she almost becomes demonic-like. She detests muggleborns, because of her fathers Hispanic pureblood and her mother coming from a pureblood family also, but alas, the only one of her family, a squib. Mercedes parents love her and her twin VERY much. Her busy parents will always find time to comfort her and read her to sleep and tuck her in. Andre calls his children "Pequeñas Joyas", or "little gems".

Andre and Louise are very proud of their magical children. Mercedes is a real butt-kisser too. Her parents, teachers, or any adult in general, will give her anything she wants when she uses her charm and big eyes with long eyelashes. She can quite nice too, to her friends and twin brother. She has a lovely sense of humor and is quick to make a witty comeback."She is fluent in 2 languages: Spanish and English. She is also currently studying French and Italian. She tends to use Spanish quite often when speaking English and will catch herself and continue to scold at herself in English.

History:  Before the dark days, Mercedes's father, Alterio Posada, was a "millionare" Spainish wizard, living in Madrid. Her mother,Louise Tucker,  was a poor Irish squib living in Dublin, Ireland. When Alterio visited his relatives on the west coast of England, Louise was searching for better work. They met at a local fish market. Louise fell instantly in love with this beautiful stranger and followed him home. When he caught her looking through his window her saw through, the grime, and dirt on her face, a beautiful young woman. They were in England together for a year before they were married.

Mr. and Mrs. Alterio Posada then returned to Spain. When  Alterio's younger brother got into trouble and the cops were in the family's tail, the young couple fled to Louise's home city of Dublin. Louise was already 7 months pregnant with Mercedes and her twin at the time and  she gave birth" to a set of twins. Mercedes and her brother, Rico. When the people at the hospital recorded the girls eye color, it kept rapidly changing! Mercedes was a metamorphmagus from birth. Know one knows why, exactly, there was no shape-shifter blood in either wizard families ancestors."  Both were excellent pupils in their home schooling and both accomplished musicians in piano, violin, flute, and guitar. Mercedes and Rico are inseperable  and both skilled wizards.

What Experience has Prepared You For This Honor?: Mercedes Casta Posada was born as a metamorphmangus and has not gone one day since she was born that she regretted her uniqueness. She has lived 12 years without a problem. No different from any girl her age, she can just change her appearance at will.
What Do You Think the Most Important Aspect of This Job Is:?  The most important thing for Mercedes is to not get in trouble by using her abilities to bad usage. She usually stays to the same structure. The greatest fear her parents have is she ever used her abilities to get her in trouble or if she were to rob a bank  in a different form or own a fake id with a picture of there daughter looking as someone else.
Tell a Story From Your Past That Has Proven Your Mettle:  Being a Metamorphmangus has shaped so much of Mercedes life style that she can't even think of not being able to change her color of her hair by herself. Shape-Shifting is part of who she is. If she is to succeed in school she is going to have to embrace her uniqueness.

What Experience has Prepared You For This Honor?: Mercedes, after much deliberation has gotten permission to form a Foreign Language Club due to the many cultures in Hogwarts this year. With Permission from Professor Cadmon and Headmaster Reid, she set up a booth on Club day to recruit new members for her club.

Mercedes is also a natural born leader, she's an older twin sister by thirty seconds and isn't afraid to take charge. She knows 2 languages fluently and is learning French and Italian, so she has mulit-lingual skills to teach others.
What Do You Think the Most Important Aspect of This Job Is:? The most important aspect of this position would to keep everything under control and actually helping the students learn the languages she planned out. Another duty is to make sure everyone is actually learning- taking something from it and having fun in the Club.
Tell a Story From Your Past That Has Proven Your Mettle:  She hoped the older kids would appreciate her work and join because they were interested and neglect it like she was a first year. To get people attention, she flashed her hair in different colors to represent the diferent countries. "Venn aqui! Rejoignez le club des langues étrangères!" She cried loudly, using her best Spanish and French. She looked at her English/ Russian dictionary and found the phrase. "Forma Mezhdunarodnye obligats"
