(July 7) A Mystery Picnic Date with L.C on November 29, 2011, 06:05:19 PM Emile continued to walk down the street, practicing pick-up lines to himself. "Are you a thief? Cause you just stole my heart." As well as "Are you a parking ticket? Cause you've got fine written all over you." He continued on his stroll, felling awesome and excited as well. Quite a few people walking on the sidewalk looked at him funny while he practiced pick-up lines, like he was crazy or something. One woman slapped him. Emile arrived at the park and immediatly searched for a red-headed girl. His eyes widened as he spotted L.C. She opened her eyes for a second to see if she could catch a glimpse of Emile. There he was, strutting (yes, I said strutting) like a proud peacock. Lexi held back the urge to laugh as he ran his hands through his hair, (ooh, maybe she didn't like him that much anymore...) and flipped it like a superstar. How lame, she thought, does he think he's a superstar or something? She closed her eyes again, knowing he hadn't noticed, thank you dark sunglasses, and pretended to not see him. Maybe he was what Alice and Annette had said, a skirt-chasing jerk... well, she was gonna find out soon enough. What girls liked guys that acted like complete jerks? He had seen John Travolta pull stuff like that in Grease, but that was the 50's. He calmed his walked to a simple stride and put his sunglasses up. Emile heard a rustle of leaves that was unusually loud, followed by uncontrollable giggling. As he glanced to the big bush about 3 meters from the picnic blanket, he tripped and crashed to the ground. His leg hurt like a thousand needles had pierced it, and his ankle hurt like a hammer had been taken to it. Emile obviously had heard them and looked over to the bush behind Lexi, and obviously not paid attention to the rock in front of him he tripped over it and crashed loudly to the grass below."Help him!" Annette hissed. She watched Lexi run over to a boy holding his ankle tightly. She jumped up from the bush with her gatorade in hand. He'd been hit in the face with a cricket ball, but this hurt worse. he examined his ankle. Was it supposed to bend that way? Somehow, L.C hadn't noticed his tumble. however, two other girls were running to him. Annette and.... some other girl came to his aid. they attemtted to pull him up. he groaned in pain as he slowly came to his feet. he limped to a bench when the new girl spoke to him. She stood there for a moment, stunned at what had happened. All of a sudden, Alica and Annette rushed by her to help him to the nearest bench. Lexi came to her senses as she raced after them, dropping to her knees in front of him. Lexi watched Emile writh in pain as his ankle bled and started to swell up. "Oh god, I'm so sorry Emile! This was supposed to be a fun picnic but you tripped and hurt your self and I feel so bad! This wan't supposed to happen, I'm so sorry!" She said, tears welling in her eyes."It was supposed to be a perfect day and now it's ruined and this is all my fault. But hopefully this should make it feel better. Look at me, just ranting on. I'm surprised I haven't told you that I have a crush on yo..." Lexi's hand flew up to her mouth and her cheeks turned bright red. She was flustered and tried to talk again but she couldn't get the words out. Skip to next post Re: (July 7) A Mystery Picnic Date with L.C Reply #6 on December 06, 2011, 12:29:35 PM "Ha-ha!" Emile snickered at the girls. The snicker turned into a burst of laughter. He had faked the whole thing. He burst a bag of fake blood on his ankle and used a fake bruise sticker for his break. Emile had found out earlier that L.C. was actually Lexi in disguise. Emile had noticed the red-haired girl getting dressed up when he was staring out his window earlier while he was planning what to wear. He devised his plan secretly as he poked through his wardrobe. He laughed some more at the confused girls. He told them his plan as he tried to stop his constant giggle. Surprisingly, the sun was being removed from its place in the sky. He had heard it was a full moon tonight... So this is what it feels like to have someone break your heart, she thought. Her tears streamed down her face, the saltiness of it stung her eyes. Emile was still laughing though, and this hurt her more than she'd imagined. It was so unfair that he could just sit there and laugh as she cried her heart out. "You thought it was a joke. Well for me it wasn't, it was all real. I fell in love with you and you're just sitting there laughing at me!" Lexi said' her voice trembling. He just sat there and the look on his face tore through her and made her mad."How could you!" She yelled as her pain turned to anger. "They were right, you're nothing more than a stuck up, no good jerk! I hate you! I thought they might be wrong, I thought you were different but no! Obviously they were right, so congratulations on breaking my heart. This is why I avoid things like this, because nothing ever turns out the way its supposed to!" Lexi was screaming now, her heart was pounding beneath her chest as she realized how stupid of a mistake this was."I never want to see you again!" Lexi yelled through her tears. She turned around and ran from them. Her feet pounded against the sidewalk as she ran away, forgetting what had happened and wishing she hadn't let her guard down. One thing was for sure, she never wanted to see him again, ever; because if she did, he wouldn't have to fake an injury. It wasn't a prank she really wanted to meet you! IDIOT!!!!" Annette got in Emile's face,"You are so dead." Annette leaned down and took Emile's pants down in her hands. "Nice pants!" Annette stood aside staring into Emile's scared and guilty eyes," Are you really that daft?" Emile was a jerk, a stupid, moronic, ass that had no feelings. " Good bye" Annette turned and hit Emile's face with her ponytail. "Oh, but take the pie" Annette turned back to a wide opened mouthed Emile and chucked the boysenberry pie at his shirt. "IDIOT!" She packed up the picnic basket and left, Alice in tow."Lexi! Where is she? Where did she run to?" He had tuned out Lexi's addmittance of love, and paid the price. He felt like a jackass. An idiot. Tears (WHAT) slowly crept down his slightly pie covered face. He had hurt a girl's feelings, laughed at her, and now, after pulling up his pants, was humiliated. He wished he didn't look out his window and see Lexi. His only disire now was to say he was sorry. He, honestly had a thing for Lexi, too. But no one knew that. Skip to next post
