Because Nurification is totally a word.

So some of my characters have been moving along at a decent pace lately and I think that I'm starting to neglect a few of them because of this! Hence, a plotting thread!

How may any or all of my characters be of service to you? I'm going to use this thread as my plotting HQ, so if you're interested in being Nurified, you know where to post! Or you can just PM me if you're not sure about any ideas.

Dietrich Eisenberg
Tattoo Artist on knockturn alley, proprietor of The Inkwell! Former Durmstrang student. He's here to ink you or pierce you or get very, very drunk with you. I think that Dietrich is probably one of my friendlier characters and he's open to pretty much anything, or anyone. Not looking for a romantic interest (but ladies are welcome to make his girlfriend/receptionist jealous). He's great for lending a ear. Criminals in the alley: he'll patch you up with some quick healing if you've been in a scrape-- in exchange for a favour or two, anyway.

Emilija Cihala
My 4th Year, Zufreiden student from Durmstrang! Very much full of school spirit and determination but also extremely amiable. She's easy to get along with, or at least easier to get along with than most of her schoolmates. Bubbly and cute as a button. Mostly looking for people to pester or cheer for, Emi is pretty versatile in terms of plotting. She's also a professional songstress so if your characters are musically inclined, they might get along quite well with her in spite of opposing loyalties!

Vivienne Thorpe
Fourth Floor Healer at St.Mungos. Plotwise, Viv is doing pretty well: she's involved in brewing sedatives at the hospital and is kind of dating Ed Pratt (we'll see how that goes!). Vivienne is half-French and has a great bedside manner. You can throw your jinxed/cursed/hexed characters her way or just hang with her. She's pretty friendly.

Raine Almasy
My sixth year, Gryffindor prefect. Raine is kind of all over the place right now. I enjoy writing her a lot so I do end up slipping the poor thing into threads without thinking about it! She's quiet, observant and a little morbid... but altogether up for interaction. Her twin sister passed away last summer; she may be a little touchy about that subject. Oh, and she loves laughing at other people! Raine's a little mean that way. 

I have some characters for you to link up with!

First, for Emilija, I have Aliya Grumman. She's an older Durmstrang Oberteil, but she's one of the friendlier ones and has a similar disposition to your character. She certainly would not be putt off by the younger girl's exhuberance. I could definitely see Aliya taking Emilija under her wing.

For Raine, I have my recently graduated Gryffindor, Grace Eddy. Perhaps they were friendly...and maybe close to graduation, they could have gotten closer seeing as they both have a family member who passed away. We can do pensieves if you want, or, we could have them correspond even though Grace is out of school. And Grace could always meet up with her on Hogsmeade weekends. (Also, Grace's birthday is coming up soon so if they were friendly, Grace would surely invite her). Grace doesn't have any younger siblings, so I could see her viewing Raine in that sort of light.

And for Vivienne, I have Myrni....they may have been friendly during their school days if you'd like. Myrni's kinda hurting for a broader range of friends, old and new, so that would be a nice plot for her as well.

Emi: Naomi!

Myrni & Viv: Nathan says double-date. Maybe a secret double-date. They should go to some random muggle place.

Raine: Adventure with Torquil after the Egypt trip! Oh and Ananke randomness, cus she's pretty random.

Dietrich: Either get drunk with Naila! or do some motherly less-than-legal herb-shopping with Delilah! Or both!

Sebastian is taking up the position of Charms professor after a year off. He would have taunt Raine during that time, and most likely will now he's back. How is she at Charms? If she was also quiet before her twin's death, he might not realise unless it comes up in conversation.

He might also run into Emilija - I'm assuming she's coming to Hogwarts for the tourney? - over the course of the year. It might only be into passing, but he's likely to give most new students a friendly greeting, both because he's friendly and because it helps create a great image for Hogwarts and bolster relationships between the four schools.

Yes to pretty much everything! Emilija and Aliya look like they would definitely get along (being the only two Durmstrang kids who apparently do not tend towards somber)! We could throw 'em together in a thread one of these days. I think some correspondence between Grace and Raine sounds good-- if Grace is an auror-trainee, Raine would certainly be interested in knowing what Life-After-Hogwarts is like. Also, I think Viv/Myrni would be great! Will send you a PM  'bout it soon.

Caught you on AIM! Definitely interested in Emi/Naomi and Ananke randomness. We'll need to plan out the Torquil stuff one of these days, it's probably going to be super-random as well.

Raine wasn't as quiet before her sister's death so I suppose Sebastian might have noticed! He's probably heard about the death, if not the details, anyway. She's an excellent Charms student, so they could have been on good terms before he left his post. Emi is in the TWT (cheering) but she might not be very trustworthy of Hogwarts teachers!

Raine/Abby (Rainaby!) crack me up! I'd love to do more threads sometime, maybe another one in Egypt or have Abby write to her while Raine's at school.

And of course, Brett and Fauna should run into Dietrich again sometime . So more like... future threads, but they're buzzing in my brain!

Josh would probably get along with Emilija, thinking about it. they are both hard workers, and Josh has a fair few friends who could be described as bubbly.

Sounds good! I was also thinking that Raine would probably get along with Josh as they're the two sixth year prefects for Gryffindor? She's unlikely to be on bad terms with him and they have similar goals.

yeah, I agree. maybe Raine and Josh do a thread in Egypt? I haven't really posted Josh in Egypt much. I'd alos like to do one between Emilija and Josh.

I'm kind of all over the Egypt trip with Raine (and I still have one or two more threads to start there) so it might be better for her to talk to Josh back in Hogwarts. They'll have plenty of interaction since they're working together! Will shoot you a PM about that later.

Sleeping schedule was totally messed up this week but I'll get any upcoming threads/plots up when I can.
