It’s so nice to hear from you. It has certainly been too long. I’m glad we were able to at least catch up a few weeks ago, even if the night took a turn for the worst. I think your schedule is probably far more demanding than my own, so let me know when you're free. We'll have dinner and you can tell me more about the mysterious but highly gossiped about goings-on of Dolores St. James.

I had no idea Landis visited you. (I’m sorry for your burden.) I’m afraid you won’t be seeing much of us together, though. He might have mentioned he we broke up. It wasn’t amicable. The only time we speak is when I require a book. Anything more, and there’s a high possibility someone will be hexed. You know how much I love my I love his he loves his hair.

I’ve actually begun to wonder whether he isn’t being perfectly infuriating on purpose. I don’t wish to put you in a strange position, but has he said anything to you? Perhaps during his visit? He disappeared for three days before returning from Dazmond's party. He told me his cousin Darian was in some sort of trouble. When I pressed him about other things, he told me I was only a colleague and his personal life was none of my business. I That might be so. Perhaps I made more of it than I should have. If you could tell me anything, though, it might bring me closure... though I shouldn't need any by his estimation.
