Wand: Ollivander Wand; 10 3/4 inches long, Cedar, Phoenix Feather Core. Slightly worn grip

Physical Description: Bright red hair that goes down to the bottom of her shoulder blades. Often wears her hair in a tight braid. She has mossy green eyes. Freckles are sporadically placed along the bridge of her nose and her forehead. She is four feet, eight inches tall. She weighs ninety-two pounds.

Personality Description: Alexandra is bold and she is never afraid to speak her mind to her peers. She questions authority sometimes, but only if necessary (like if a wild accusation is made about her) and she knows when to back off and when her accusations are going too far. Normally she is respectful to adults because that is how she was raised. She knows that she will never be right all the time, but she wishes she was and often thinks she is. Her boldness often gets her in trouble since she always thinks she knows what she’s talking about and she always backs up what she says, she rarely admits defeat and it leads to some heated arguments.

She is brave and will stand up for her friends. She is fiercely loyal and will always be there for the people she trusts and loves. She stands up for her friends when others make fun of them. For example, if she hears someone talking harshly about her friend, she will cut in and stand up for them. She is not known to gossip since she likes having all her facts straight.

She is irritable as of late, and lashes out at friends and enemies alike at random times. No one knows when the mood swings will hit, but her dorm mates have become pretty good at dealing with them. Lexi has been pushing away everyone that she loves and holds close, leaving her alone like she wants now, but will eventually regret later.

She isn’t sure what she wants to be when she grows up. Plan A was to join MI6, Plan B was to grow up and have two kids, and Plan C is to just go wherever the road ahead leads her.

History: Alexandra’s parents are Caitlyn McGee (witch) and George McGee (muggle). Six months after they were married, they had Alexandra or, as they liked to call her, Lexi. When Alexandra was born, the wizarding world was still recoiling from the shock of the Battle of Hogwarts. Her parents had gone into hiding, and mom had tucked her wand away and she didn’t use magic until the ordeal was over.

Two years later, her parents had twins, Joshua and Lucas. She is very fond of her brothers and gets along with them great. Her brothers play rough with her, since she wasn’t like the other girls. Alexandra was not one for nail polish or hair curlers; she liked running around, climbing trees, and playing sports with the guys.

Growing up, she didn’t know too much about magic. Her parents had mostly raised her in the muggle world, closer to her dad’s family. She does most things without magic, as she was a late bloomer. Weird things did happen when she was around, but they didn’t realize she was a witch until she was nine. She hadn’t even leaned over to blow out her candles when the cake was set on fire. Her mom tried to guide her through her developing magic and, for the most part, Alexandra thought it was great and didn’t have that much trouble. Still, she did most of her chores and things in life the ‘muggle way.’

When she got her letter, she was confused. She had heard about Hogwarts but didn’t put two and two together that she would probably end up attending. After her mom told her what the letter was for, she practically leapt around the house, barely containing her joy within her. She told her family over and over about how excited she was. While she was getting ready, she realized that she wouldn’t see her brothers as much. This made her upset, but she didn’t overly panic. She hugged them as much as possible while she was getting ready for school and knew they would miss her too.

On July 7, 2009, Lexi was attacked by a werewolf while camping out in the woods. She went to St. Mungo's and was treated. Her scar is extensive, and can be described as looking like a serial killer took a chainsaw to her shoulder and upper back and then had a clumsy battlefield medic stitch it together.

Her mother doesn't find any compassion for her werewolf daughter, and has pushed her and every throught away. It terrifies Lexi to think that she'll never communicate or even smile with her mother again, because she is so against the thought of her daughter being a werewolf.

Even though she's only twelve years old, Lexi has experienced quite a rough start for school. A neighborhood murder, werewolf attack, trip to haunted dungeons; it's been a lot of fun for her. *insert sarcasm here*

How Do You Fit Into Your House?: Alexandra was chosen for Gryffindor because of her loyalty, her bravery, and her strength. She is almost fearless, taking dares from her friends and being the first to try things out. Her strength is not so much in muscle, as it is a mental strength. She has experienced much duress and knows how to deal with emergencies adequately.

Writing Sample:

Lexi stood up as she heard a branch behind her snap and the sound of a wolf snarling. She turned around and almost screamed, right at the edge of the clearing was a wolf. Not just any wolf, a werewolf. It stood on it's hind legs and howled at the moon. Lexi sucked in a deep breath. Her heart was pounding in her chest and she felt like she couldn't breathe.

She realized Alice was closer to the wolf than she was and was the obvious target. She took a step forward defensively as the werewolf crouched down and snarled. It lunged at Alice and Lexi threw herself in front, creating a human shield. Lexi took the full impact of the werewolf's jaw in her left shoulder. The teeth tore through skin and muscle, leaving a gaping wound behind. She screamed in pain as she felt the hot rush of blood soak her shirt.

The wolf reared back, getting ready to attack again, when they could hear more howling in the distance. The werewolf howled back and bound off in the direction of the replies. Lexi lay on the ground, gasping for air and dizzy. She felt the pain rip through her like a knife, cutting every nerve she had. Her eyes fluttered close as Alice's mom apparated into the clearing. The last thing Lexi heard was a scream, and then everything went black as her body went limp on the hard ground.

Sum up your character in one paragraph: Alexandra is one of the fiercest people one could meet. Her loyalty and bravery are as obvious as the sun in the sky. She is outspoken and loves to challenge herself. She is often seen playing with the locket around her neck or tugging on the end of her braid. She loves the color red and her outfits reflect that fact. Her wand reflects her defensive personality, always on guard. Her bubbly personality sometimes outshines the more serious one and her friends love her for the loyalty she always shows.
