Build: Athletic and well-toned, though more of a martial artist than a Quidditch player.
Hair: Dusky brown, grown out to about shoulder length and usually pulled back in some way.

Eha is one of those sporty, active girls who doesn't care too much about her appearance. However, she'd managed to avoid the 'tomboy' label by dressing in flowing, casual clothes rather than anything overly masculine. In all honesty, she's probably too cute and has too much of a taste for pastels to really be called a tomboy.
Her skin tone is naturally olive, but she purposefully hides inside and wears protective potions whenever she goes out to avoid darkening it, so she's very pale. She's also thin and averaged-sized, so you wouldn't expect her to be much good in a fight, but you'd be wrong - she's solid muscle, a truly athletic build with plenty of power behind it. She can go toe-to-toe with most boys at her level, and anything she can't do physically, she'll make up for with her wand.
There is something odd about her appearance, though - Eha has no fingerprints. Her hands were severely burned at a young age, leaving her palms scarred smooth. To avoid awkward questions, she wears gloves. If she removes them in front of you, it means that you are a trusted friend.

Personality Description
Eha, in a word, is friendly. Since she was a child she's always been very open and very charismatic, able to work a room and leave everyone feeling happy and satisfied. If she hadn't decided to go into being an Auror, she'd have made an excellent diplomat. Part of her charm is that she's completely honest about why she pursues friendships, which is that she enjoys people. She never seeks out people because she wants to manipulate or use them and - though she does know how to use her connections for good - networking is never her first goal. She is, simply, a friendly, open individual.
Eha is also devoted. She's devoted to her family, her friends, her alma matter, and her job. The passion that she puts into all of these things makes her an invaluable companion. If her friends are threatened, you'd better believe she'll blast the threaten-er to kingdom come; if her job calls her to enter a dangerous situation, she'll dive in head-first without bothering to be afraid. If a loved one needs a shoulder to cry on, she is always there.
That's not to say that she's perfect, of course - far from it. Often, she's self-confident to the point of arrogance - years at the top of the Durmstrang heap will do that to a person - and she can also be rash when it comes to following her emotions. While she's no perfectionist, she is a bit of an over-achiever who holds herself - and all those around her - to very high standards. At times, it is difficult for her to understand other people, especially those who are vastly different from herself.
And...though this is a recent development - as of late, she's been developing secrets. Because of this, she's also developed a habit of lying. She doesn't mean anything malicious by it - at worst, she's simply a bit protective of certain elements in her personal life - but it does occasionally bring her trustworthiness into question.
Still, at her heart, Eha is a good person, and she only wants to do what's best - for her, and for those around her.

History
Eha Farro is foundling. She was found abandoned on the steps of an Estonian orphanage in 1995, when she was around 6 years old. Unsurprisingly, she was disoriented and didn't know where she was - only that "Daddy" had decided to give her up. Her hands were badly burned, obscuring identification by fingerprints and, after a month, the Estonian government officially took her in, assigning her a name, a birthday, and place among the Catholic orphanage where she'd been found.
Four years later, when she was ten, Eha was lucky enough to be adopted by Aleksandar Farro, a liaison from Estonia to the U.K. Ministry of magic. With his British-born wife, Katrina, and their older son Peeter, they welcomed Eha into their family. Eha would spend the rest of her childhood living in the United Kingdom and visiting adopted family in Estonia.
It was during this time that she also proved especially adept at learning languages. Already fluent in both Estonian, she picked up English within a year and, when faced with it, learned Arabic as though she'd been speaking it her entire life.
When she was eleven, her parents enrolled her at Durmstrang Institute of Magic, where she proved herself an excellent student. She tested into the upper levels of the Zufrieden upon entering and worked her way up to Oberteil levels by the middle of her second year. She specialized in Spellworks, with some dabbling in the Intangibles, and maintained her Oberteil standard until her day of graduation. While attending school, she picked up some German and Russian to better understand her teachers and classmates, and spent a few summers learning the Russian martial art of Systema with a classmate, to keep herself healthy.
Rather than pursuing a career right away, Eha decided to take a few years off to travel the world; and it was on this journey that her entire life changed.
While waiting out a storm an bar in Azerbaijan, she stumbled on a wanted poster for a wizarding criminal named Darius Gabor. Something in the man's face sparked a memory in her. Even though she'd never met him, Eha was certain that, somehow, she knew his face. This sparked a two-month detour from her planned route as she searched for the criminal throughout the country. Though she never found him, each bit of information she collected about him brought back another bit of long-forgotten memory, and another, until - one lonely night when there was nothing around but herself and the stars - the old memory charm put on her years ago crumbled away, and she remembered.
Unknown to anyone, Eha was originally born Aaliyah Karimi Zaman, the daughter of Heydar Zaman, a pureblood wizarding diplomat from Iraq. In 1995, Darius Gabor was hired to kidnap the six-year-old Aaliyah in order to force Heydar to bend to the will of his political opponents; but Heydar, being a brutal and uncaring man, abandoned his daughter rather than give up his power.
As far as anyone else in the world knows, Aaliyah Zaman was murdered the very night her father refused to give into demands; but luckily for her, Darius Gabor has a soft spot for children. Instead of killing her, he helped to erase all traces of Aaliyah's identity, including her memories, and left her on the steps of an Estonian orphanage to become Eha Farro.
Reeling from these recollections, Eha saught out her birth father, Heydar Zaman, only to find him a greedy, grubbing bastard who made his primary profit in selling out his country to terrorists and dark wizards. He didn't even care that his wife had gone mad in the intervening years. All he cared about was his own safety, and his own profit.
Disgusted, Eha decided that Darius Gabor had done her a favor to rescue her from such a brutal life, and returned to her loving family in England with the determination to become an Auror. Even now, as she prepares to enter Auror training with a new batch of fresh-from-Hogwarts recruits, she is grateful to Darius Gabor for what he's done for her.

Describe your job duties and how you go about them: She's an Auror-in-Training, scheduled to enter into the position with the new blood from the latest Hogwarts graduating class and expected to keep up with them through their new lessons.
Elaborate on your expertise in your field: She graduated near the top of her class at Durmstrang after spending years specializing in Spellworks, alongside other Auror hopefuls. Shortly after returning from her two-year trip around the world, she sat for a full series of N.E.W.T.s to bolster her score, earning a total of four "Exceeds Expectations" (in Potions, Charms, Herbology, and Ancient Runes) and two "Outstandings" (in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration).
In addition, her education at Durmstrang has given her first-hand experience in the nature of the Dark Arts, and her family life as the adopted daughter of an ambassador has given her insight into the workings of the two countries' Ministries. She has proven capable of producing a fully corporal Patronus (in the form of an antelope), comprehends five languages, and is trained in the Muggle martial art of Systema.
Though adopted from Estonia, her family has always lived in London, so she's primarily a citizen of the United Kingdom.
