This hotel is muggle, and located right on the shore, allowing people to walk to the beach right from the hotel. A private wizarding beach is located next to it, which gives the children easy access to the wizarding area. The students share 2-bed rooms; teachers get single bedded state rooms.


The Catacombs are also muggle. Built in the Roman era, any wards originally placed are only tenatively holding on. As this is a tourist location open to muggles, the students will have to mingle with them. (See the overview topic)

The beach the tour is going to is near their hotel and wizarding. While not separated from the muggle areas by a physical wall, is has repelling charms, so anyone on this area of the beach is a wizard. The shore-side entertainment includes small cafe restaurants, surf rental, and small shops. An offshore coral reef is also warded, allowing students to use the Bubble-Head charm to dive. Students should only do this if accompanied by a more experienced person.

The hotel in Cairo is a 5 star muggle hotel. Located directly on the Nile, it's convenient to the major locations the tour will be visiting. Unlike the first hotel, all rooms in this hotel are singles; you can choose from 4 types. The rooftop pool is open all night, and has a bar and cafe. Students are allowed in the bar, but not allowed to purchase alcohol.
This hotel is a real hotel, the Kempinski Nile Hotel. In-game, the actual name of the hotel will not be stated.
