I usually don't use raspberries with cheesecake- I'm more of a strawberry person myself- but I put extra effort in getting just the right combination of cream cheese and fruit. I hope that you enjoyed it and that you send for more any time you get the craving!

Miss Stevenson,

It was wonderful! Your diligence was certainly evident. I'd be happy to order another, though I should likely wait a few days and jog that one off first!

Do let me know if you ever feel the need to experiment with raspberries, though. I've yet to find something I don't like them on. (Other than steak, and most some soups...) But I digress. I look forward to patronizing your bakery more! Do let me know if you have anything of interest available.

Dear Tapendra Mr. Trishna,

I'm glad that you enjoyed the cheesecake! And I'm rpetty sure that you don't need to jog it off. You certainly do not look like the sort of person who is going to particularly suffer from eating cheesecake and gaining a few pounds, though. (And I mean no offense by that observation!)

I've always got interesting things sitting around the shop. And I'll make it a point to experiment with some more raspberries- it seems you're not the only person who enjoys them so much. I made a couple of raspberry cheesecakes to sell and they were very popular.

I hope your exams go well! I'm definitely wishing you luck and hope you enjoy the summer. I've heard about the trip to Egypt from some of the students who came in during Hogsmeade- it should be very exciting! I hope if you get to go, that you have a lot of fun. I can't imagine how much fun it would be to go to Egypt for a month and see the Pyramids and tour tombs! I bet it's something that the kids will remember forever.
