Sorry for making ANOTHER character so soon but I love the sight and I had an idea for a student.

Physical Description: Oskar stands at 7'6'' tall, making him on of the worlds tallest Wizards. His BMI is slightly on the large side and he appears to be heavier than perhaps he should. Oskar's hair is dark black. In recent years he has grown his hair longer, he once had it cut to a few cm, at the back of his neck his hair curls upwards.His eyes are light blue and almond shaped. His cheeks are rosy red and his lips appear that he is wearing red lipstick, which he only did once to make his sister happy! His chest is very very wide due to his giant blood. His chest is only slightly muscled but his arms are much more muscled due to his love of playing beater. 
 
He has slight side burns in recent years. In an attempt to make himself look more presentable he likes to wear decent clothes, when not in school uniform. 

Personality Description: Oskar is a gentle giant. He looks like he could pick up a car but he would prefer to settle any argument with words. Even if he is hit or hurt he usually turns the other cheek. There are two cases in which he will get into a fight, either physical or with wands, and that is to defend his friends or to defend someone who needs help. He is a very  generous person who would give his last Galleon to someone who needed it more than he did. Oskar likes to mix with anyone and meeting new people is one of his favourite pastimes. However many people push him away, call him names or make him feel like a filthy half-breed. He pretends it doesn't upset him, and he never lets it show, but it really does upset him. 
 
He likes to impress his Professors and he usually gets Es and the occasional O in his class. The only exceptions are Herbology and COMC. In these lessons he always gets Es. Oskar wants to either become a Magizoologist or join the Magical Law Enforcement Patrol. The former is obvious and the latter is due to his respect of law and order. He also likes the idea of keeping law breakers off the streets. He doesn't want to join the Aurors, a life of catching Dark Wizards is not what he wants.He also thinks it would help to show that people with Giant blood can be good citizens. His mother was killed by members of the ministry after they mistook her for another giant who had slaughtered a Muggle couple. He hates that people assume that he is a brute because his mother was a Giantess. This allows him to feel sympathy for Goblins and Werewolves. 
 
Oskar is proud of his German heritage but also considers himself British. He enjoys Quiditch and is an excellent beater. However few people think it is fair to have someone so large on their team and he needs special brooms to fly. Oskar enjoys painting and art. When asked to give advice he usually, though accidently, gives bad advice. Oskar likes the idea of having a long term girlfriend. He likes the idea of romantic picnics but he doubts any girls would want to date a Half-Giant. Oskar has never told a girl he likes her before as he fears rejection and seeming foolish. Oskar dislikes it when people stare and he hates sticking out in a crowd; which he can't help. 
 
Oskar likes to explore the out doors. When he sees a mountain he wants to climb it and if he sees a lake he wants to swim in it. 

History:   
15 years ago a 23 year old Muggle born Wizard found out he had a son. His name was Otto Viktor Albrecht, born in Saxony, and the mother of his son was the giantess Tuwelisa. She stood at 27 feet and was far from the typical giantess. A very kind and loving woman, if a bit dumb, she died only seven days after giving birth to her son Oskar Karl Gustav Albrecht. She lived with two other Giants in a forest in Northern Wales. She was attacked by a group of Wizards from the Ministry of Magic and killed. Otto was working for the German emissary at the Department of International Magical Co-operation. Otto was upset, but he was a practical man, and he doubted that his son would be accepted into Durmstrang and so he applied for citizenship in the UK - hoping his son would be allowed to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He was accepted and made his home in Devonshire. 
 
His father always told him the truth about his mother. Oskar was always confused about mothers. He never met his Giantess mother but he always had a mother figure in he form of his step mother. Her death made him angry of course. But instead of becoming anti-ministry he wanted to prove that people with Giant blood could be a fine person.
 
His son grew at an incredible rate and by the time he  was five years old he was taller than his father. However Oskar always respected his father's authority and done what he was told. When Oskar was two his father married a squib called Patricia Waiter. She was a brilliant step mother and cared for Oskar like her own son. She understood prejudice and didn't lie to her son about it, he started calling her Mam when he was 3, and she told him straight that many people would look down, well figutively, upon him and that he would face problems that most kids wouldn't have to think about. Two months after his third birthday his step mother gave birth to Naomi and Herzeleide Albrecht. His sisters were always funny to him. They were so small and delicate. He was very protective of them and would happily get into a fight for either of them.
 
Being so large he never went to Primary School. Too many questions would be asked so he was taught what he needed to know by his step mother. However his sisters went to a local primary school and before that a nursery. When Oskar was in his 6th year it became obvious he had magical abilities. Although a very out going and friendly child he did have his mothers temper. So when he got angry one March morning he sent a spoon throwing towards his father. After this a few magical mishaps occurred as they often do with magical children. When it became apparent his son was magical his father was very happy. At first he felt bad that he was magical and his mother was unable to perform even the simplest pieces of magic; however she was as ecstatic as his father and they held a party for the family. 
 
The family moved when Oskar was 9 to Northern Ireland. They built their home near a forest and Oskar loved it. He had already been called a freak, giant and monster by fellow children. He knew his parentage but it had never been a problem at home so it hurt him when people called him names. He soon found that animals were far nicer than humans. Although there were no magical animals in the forest Oskar was fascinated by the animals that were there. He visited everyday, well virtually, and he took notes on the animals and their behaviours. Oskar got his 
 
Hogwarts acceptance letter at 11 and he was incredibly happy. He couldn't wait to learn more about magic and he wanted to go as soon as he got the letter. His parents took him to Diagon Alley. He got all the usual stuff first: books, robes and the like. But he also got a pet Rat. He named his Rat Friedrich and he cared for him like no pet he had ever had. However the most exciting part about Diagon Alley was getting a wand. When he entered Olivanders the people inside got quite a shock due to the Half-Giants size. They sort of parted to let him go to the front of the queue, however he waited his turn. They only went through three wands that day until he found the one that would be his. It was 15'' Long, Cherry Wood and a Unicorn core. When the wand picked him his shoes tied themselves. 
 
Once he arrived at Hogwarts he was sorted into Hufflepuff. He was happy with this as he had always wanted to be a generous and kind soul. During his first two years at Hogwarts Herbology was his favourite lesson. But now, in his third year, Care of Magical Creatures is by far his favourite lesson.

How Do You Fit Into Your House?: Oskar is a very kind, generous and understanding person. He works hard and seeks to impress in all that he does. He is not quite brash enough to be in Gryffindor, quite witty enough to be a Ravenclaw or cunning enough to be a Slytherin. He also believes that the rules should be stuck to.

Sum up your character in one paragraph: Oskar is a half-giant Wizard who feels like people don't understand him. He hates being left out and he hates it when people are scared of him. He puts on a brave face but he hates it when people are nasty to him. He is scared of failure and wants to prove that giant blood doesn't dictate what people are like deep down.
