Physical Description: Ashley is 5'4". She is not thin but not chubby. She has a medium sized body. She has long curly blonde hair. Ashley she has small dainty feet and hands. She is not athletic but has more of a thin dancer’s body. She has piercing blue eyes. Her nose is small. She has light skin. Her facial features are very symmetrical. She doesn't have a specific style but dresses the way she feels. She does not wear a lot of makeup but wears some on a daily basis.

Personality Description: Ashley is extremely studious. She gets everything done on time or even early. She likes to read and spend time on her homework. She is somewhat of a perfectionist and likes things done her way. She will do most things herself because she believes people will not do it correctly. She is extremely shy. She has trouble making friends because she doesn't like to talk that much unless she is talked to first. She is bossy at times because she has this idea that she is always right. A lot of times she is but at times she is not. When she is not right she does admit her mistakes though. She doesn't mind being alone but would like to be around people. She is not a very brave person. When she needs to be brave she will but she is scared of a lot of different things. She is mostly scared of getting hurt or dying but she is also afraid of bugs and failing. Ashley loves to be right all the time. She normally is but is not stuck up about it. She likes to help people a lot. She gets frustrated when people argue with her and say that she isn't right because she knows she is and ultimately she is just trying to help people do the right things. At Hogwarts, she would really enjoy Potions. She had always had an interest in cooking in the muggle world and seeing potions is like cooking up different concoctions she would love that subject. At Hogwarts, her grades would be teh same as in muggle school. She is a hardworking student and knowledge comes easy to her so she would have straight O's and E's like she did in muggle school where she had straight A's and B's. At her muggle school, Ashley did not have a lot of friends only because she was shy but she did know quite a few people who knew her. At Hogwarts, Ashley would be the same way. She wouldn't have a lot of friends unless they came up and talked to her first.

History: Ashley grew up in a Muggle family. They did not know magic existed until she got her letter from Hogwarts. She was always a good student in her Muggle schools. She always got A's and B's. Her parents were both doctors and they were happily married. She doesn't have a lot of friends in her Muggle life but that has shaped her to be independent and trust only herself. Her parents are not always around at home to help her do things so she is the type of person to teach herself how to do things on her own.

Ashley is not really close with her parents at all. They try to be nice and do things for her but they are empty words and actions because they are never home. They are both actors in the muggle world so they are rarely around. She grew up mostly with her one babysitter and they became closer than her and parents. Ashley’s only real friend was her babysitter. Ashley grew up mostly on her own and became independent at a very young age. Ashley gets along with her dad but dislikes her mom. She believes that her mom is hypocritical and always does things for attention, which is true. Her mom also does not support anything Ashley wants to do or when Ashley says anything. Ashley does not care for her mom at all.

Ashley is an only child in her house but it is not apparent. Her mom does everything for herself and nothing for Ashley. When they found out that she had magical abilities and was accepted for Hogwarts it was a process to get her mom to let her go. Her dad was all for her going to Hogwarts but her mom refused to let her go only because Ashley wanted to go. Finally, her dad convinced her mom and she was able to go but her mom said she didn’t care what Ashley did and not to expect her to take her back home. At the time Ashley enters Hogwarts, her mom and her aren’t on speaking terms.

How Do You Fit Into Your House?: Ashley was chosen for Ravenclaw because she is extremely intelligent. She can figure things out on her own, things that are very difficult. She has a lot of perseverance as well when it comes to puzzles that has to be solved. She tends to learn from things by just observing what is happening. Above all, she uses her gift of intelligence and learning for the greater good which is to help other people.

Writing Sample: Ashley Henry stood still as she eyed the platform between 9 and 10 at King's Cross station. She looked around at the scene before her. Dozens of people rushed around her on the tiny platform to catch their train. It was warm outside and she began to sweat a little as she became more and more nervous. She had seen a few wizards and witches run between the barrier of platforms 9 and 10. She wondered how she would do this without being seen by the other people. She looked at the big clock by the barrier. It was 10:40 and she knew the train would leave soon. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath and made a mad dash for the barrier. As she knew she was getting closer, she squinted her eyes shut. But she didn't crash into the barrier. She kept on running straight through. She opened her eyes and stopped running and looked around. She said to herself, "I did it!" She looked around and saw the gorgeous red train that said Hogwarts Express on it. She saw many students saying their goodbyes to their families. She smiled and was so excited to be here. She decided to waste no time at all and walked toward the train to get a seat.Sum up your character in one paragraph: Ashley Henry is a reserved, shy young girl.
