Vlad smiled at the little girl. Merlin...it seemed as if they started these kids younger all the time.Then again...perhaps it was just him getting older...

"Of course I don't mind," he said, leaning toward her so he would perhaps be less intimidating. "That is...if you do not mind listening to such an old fossil as myself. I am Vladislaus Dragulia," he added, half expecting that everyone around him would back away in horror at the name. It would not be the first time.

"Yes..." he added. "I am a descendant of Vlad Tepich. But I do not share the same...appetites. However...when one grows up in Transylvania, there are times when shall we say a familiar name comes in handy. And yes...I have been in closer contact with werewolves than I liked, several times, and have had to go in for observation twice now. Fortunately nothing came of it; and I soon learned that if I had to be out and about on a full moon, not to leave home without my crossbow. However...I also learned that if one shoots to kill, he loses a potential source of information. There are tribes of Gypsies where I come from, who are almost all werewolves, but have a keeper. They would be incensed if we were to harm one of their people..."

He looked around at the students. "For those who are unaware of the Moldavian Accords, they date from the time of the Ottoman invasion of 1530. That was the first time that humans and magical beings in my homeland banded together, against a foreign invader. We invoked it again in the time of Grindelwald and the Second Muggle World War, and again to fight Voldemort. We might have had very different outcomes without the help of our nonhuman magical neighbors..."

The African listened to the older wizard talk on about his adventures and knowledge, finding it all to amusing how the elderly could talk on like he did, but he waited until it was his turn to speak, "But to be like Mr. Draguila you have to be properly aged," Azize smiled, "Skillful and adaptable."

He then turned to become more formal, again, "You need not tout a one-wizard-army so often though, it can be helpful," then he gave a jovial nod, "And it is hardly a desk job, at that point."

Azize then stepped around the desk and offered his hand to the student, "Now, if you wish to step up, we could give you a demonstration Miss... ?"
