Department of Mysteries employee Colin Downer was declared missing after not showing up for work April 7, a date coinciding with April's full moon.  Downer is a registered werewolf, and there is concern of further Wolfsbane Potion malfunctions, such as were responsible with a dozen attacks in March.  When Downer's apartment was searched a note was found believed to be left by Wanted Wizard Dugan MacDuff.  MacDuff is wanted for multiple assaults.

The Department of Magical Law Enforcement now unquestionably believes that MacDuff kidnapped Downer.

Aurors suspect that MacDuff is holding Downer somewhere in Knockturn alley. They ask all citizens to continue to be on the lookout for this dangerous criminal - reminding everyone he is dangerous and does possess a wand. Any information leading to the whereabouts of MacDuff or Downer will be rewarded. Please owl the Auror Office with any information.
