Auror Raynor,

I apologize if I did not use the proper form of address.  As I understand, Aurors don't really have titles to indicate rank like "Cpt" or "Lt." other than your title as Head Auror.  And Hd. Auror Raynor didn't look right.

I'm writing to request a meeting with you at your convenience.  A few concerns have been raised in the last few days and I feel it's important to discuss them with you.  As I understand, I'm not allowed in the Ministry so I would need to make arrangements to meet you elsewhere - either at my residence or workplace. 

Thank you for your consideration and please let me know what time you'd have available, if any, and I'd make it work with my schedule.
