Assault. Attacked and nearly killed another student in an unauthorized dual - Convicted but released on probation. Was expelled from Hogwarts and remained in his mothers care.

Various crimes of assault, torture, arson and terrorism, conducted while working with the IRA - Suspected but not convicted due to age and lack of evidence.

Torture, manipulation and murder of the Corlin Family. He used Crucio to torture the Entire family for hours. Imperioused the father, Roderick Corlin, and forced him to kill his wife Loretta and sons Micheal and Richard. He then used the killing curse to murder him. - Convicted of 1 Count of first Degree murder, 3 counts of second degree murder, Using all three unforgivables and the use of underage magic. Convicted and sentenced to life in Azkaban.

Murder. Killed Magnus O'Houlihan, a wizard and former IRA member that turned snitch, by burning his house down after beating him unconscious. Not Convicted and not currently a suspect as the crime was attributed to an act of muggle arson.

Arson and Robbery. Stole Magnus O'Houlihans wand and life savings before burning his house down. See above crime for conviction status.

Kidnapping and exhortation. Forcibly took Moira Randall to an abandoned house with the intention of her healing his wounds and extorting information out of her. - Suspected but not convicted due to lack of evidence.

Murder of Auror Leon Carter and Wizangamot Elder Benjamin Timmons - Not convicted. Not currently a suspect either due to his framing of former Hogwarts student Kyle Gibson.

What crimes might you commit in the future?  Discuss all possible: Most definitely murder, perhaps a bit of robbery and a smidge of Arson. But murder for sure.

He will also be willingly injecting himself with Cin's lycanthropy serum, so expect a werewolf application in the near future.

Wand Description: 11 1/5 inch, Ebony with Mane of Kelpie core. Stolen from Magnus O'Houlihan after his death.

Physical Description:
Marc used to be a handsome young man, but almost ten years in Azkaban has a way of sucking the life out of a person. His features are pale, thin and haggard, yet still maintain much of the appeal they had before his incarceration. Pale green eyes stare out from heavy lids and brows, loaning him a fierce gaze despite the deep rings under them. He has a long nose that hooks slightly and has the obvious bumps resulting from it being broken. Dark, often greasy, shaggy brown hair adorns his head and falls into his eyes, as stubble of the same shade is always gracing his upper lip and chin.

He stands about 6'2'' tall and though he is on the skinny side, he is surprisingly strong (10 years of having nothing to do but sit ups and push ups helped). Despite being strong, his years in a dank cell have left him with weak lungs, which isn't helped by the fact he is always smoking, and a slightly hunched posture, as though he is always cold. Numerous tattoos cover his body, including a dragon on his right inner bicep and his fathers name above his heart, and he is always clothed in black.

Personality Description:
Years of emotional neglect, violence and imprisonment have almost all but sucked the nice bits of Marc's personality out of him. At one time he was a surprisingly funny and scrappy little kid whose idealism lead him to worship the ground of the wrong sorts. This little boy, however, has long since been replaced by the sadistic and bitter man Marc is today. He is most identifiable by his hair trigger and explosive temper. Push him the wrong way, and he will fight to the death by any means necessary, and it is very easy to push Marc the wrong way.

He doesn't just defend himself violently either, no, he instigates a lot of the fights, going out of his way to make someone angry enough to push him back. Then he exacts cruel and brutally strung out revenge. Fighting is virtually his life, be it with guns, fists or magic, and he has little interests otherwise. Aside from killing, he spends most of his time drinking or honing his skills with dark magic, to the point of being obsessed with it. Oddly enough, when he isn't in the throes of fury, Marc is a surprisingly calm and collected person. That is, a calm and collected person who could, and would, snap your spine and use it as a hat rack at a moments notice.

History:

In the late 1970's the Provincial IRA was carving their way through the country, leaving terror in their wake. Part of this army of soldiers was a man named Norman Donnelly and a young woman named Irene Callahan. Norman was a poor young Irish patriot who would do anything for his country while Irene was a young witch who had infiltrated the IRA ranks alongside several other wizards. The idea was that they would control the army and therefore create a niche for themselves in the Chaos that was the European Wizarding world at the time. Irene was not supposed to deviate from the plan by falling in love, but sometime in 1976, she did. Norman, without knowing what she really was, asked her to marry him after discovering she was pregnant with his child. Shortly, Marc Reagan Donnelly was born in late 1977.

Though his birth was a happy occasion for the small family, the times were not. Fighting had escalated to killing and Norman spent much of his sons life risking his own to bomb cars or kill diplomats. Marc grew up in a home with an emotionally distant mother and an absentee father, spending most of his nights lying awake, wondering if his father would ever come home. When he was home, he was usually too tired or drunk to have anything to do with Marc. Instead, Marc latched onto his mother. She was a strict and almost tyrannical woman who started teaching him magic in private the moment he was old enough to hold her wand. When he was not learning curses from his mother, Marc was out in the streets, pickpocketing and fighting. He made a name for himself amongst the local boys as a bully, instigating fights with boys twice his size and yet somehow winning, usually by fighting dirty. He had his nose busted at least once before starting Hogwarts.

In 1989, he received a letter announcing he was accepted into Hogwarts, a year late thanks to his birthdate. His mother told his father it was a private catholic school in Scotland. Marc joined that fall and was immediately sorted into Slytherin, much to his mothers pride. He made it clear quickly that he had a devious and cruel mind. His grades may have been dismal, and he may have spent most of his time in detention, but no one could say that Marc Donnelly was not a bright boy. In fact, his knowledge of dark magic was quite discomforting for many of his teachers. They all breathed a sigh of relief when he was finally expelled in the first couple months of his 6th year for nearly killing another student in an unauthorized dual over a girl. Marc bid the school good riddance, for he had planned on leaving at the end of the year either way. His mother could teach him anything he needed to know magic wise, and besides, he wanted to join the IRA with his father. Which he promptly did after his 16th birthday.

For once, he was happy. He was working alongside his father now, instead of waiting for him to return home, and felt a connection with the man that never was there before. His sadistic side became more and more apparent as he joined in on the bombing, killing and torturing that was rampant during that last year. However, his happiness was shortlived, for in mid 1996 things started to go to pieces. The first thing to go was his father, shot through the head by a sniper during a raid. Shortly after, as if this wasn't bad enough, his mother was arrested by Aurors who had discovered the wizarding infiltration, rumored to be tipped off by one of her own brethren. She was thrown into Azkaban to rot.

Before she was taken, however, she had discovered something. There were only two possible snipers that could have killed Norman, one of which was also the auror that arrested her: Marcus Annwyl. Marc knew, deep inside, that Annwyl was responsible for both, but for good measure he hunted down the other sniper and used all three unforgivables: The crucio to torture him and his family, the Imperious to force the man to brutally murder his wife and children, and the Avada Kervada to finish him off. Muggles assumed it was a murder/suicide, but the wizarding world knew otherwise. Since Marc was still 17 at the time, he was easily implicated and charged with murder. Like his mother, he too was thrown in Azkaban for life.

Azkaban did little to tame the beast that was Marc Donnelly, in fact, it made him worse. The combination of Dementors kisses, watching his mother waste away until her death in 2002 and knowing that he would never avenge either of his parents sapped away at his sanity. He went from merely a violent tempered boy bent on revenge to a psychotic killer with one thing in mind: To torture and kill Marcus Annwyl and all that were close to him. His dreams would become a reality when he met a fellow prisoner by the name of Theodora Kingstreet in 2003. Though the two were as different as water and fire, they formed an unlikely bond over the fact that both despised Annwyl and wished to see him disappear. Marc swore his loyalty to Theodora and her mission to become Minister, IF she would let him be the one to kill Annwyl. The contract she somehow managed to write up in rat blood on a bit of dingy cloth is still in his possession to this day.

In 2004, Marc was among the prisoners that escaped during the mass break out of Azkaban. While Kingstreet stayed behind, Marc ventured out in hopes of securing their dream. Without a wand and under strict orders to not do anything rash until Kingstreet was released, Marc moved back to his home town in Ireland. There, since he was on the lamb, Marc made his money working as muscle for various shady figures as well as fighting in underground fight rings. With his blood lust temporarily satiated by his fighting and hitman work, Marc was able to have a fairly stable life (Stable for him that is). He even found himself a girlfriend and produced a child, a little girl by the name of Ramona in 2007. But when news of Kingstreets imminent release came to his attention, the Old Marc came rushing back. Leaving his small family without even a word of goodbye, Marc packed up his meager belongings and prepared move back to London.

Before he returned to Kingstreets side, he needed to procure a wand as well as follow up on a rumor he heard while in prison. Rumor was that the Aurors were tipped off by Magnus O'Houlihan, a member of the infiltration that had somehow escaped any prison time and was living in comfort that he did not deserve. As it was not Marc's style to research claims like this, Marc hunted the old man down and confronted him. After beating him unconscious, Marc took his wand and burned his house down with him still in it. Since the murder and arson were committed in such an old fashioned muggle manner (gasoline and a lighter) and the house was in a muggle area, it was assumed a muggle was responsible for the old man's death. Due to the ruins of the house, his wand was considered destroyed in the flames. Since Marc killed the previous owner, he became the wands new owner. While it still gives him some trouble, it seems to like the fact that Marc uses it for dark magic, something O'Houlihan hadn't used it for in a long while. 

He then rejoined his old comrade in chains back in Knockturn Alley. Theodora wasted no time in hiring him to assassinate a public figure in order to cause some chaos. The plan was simple: He disguised himself as a student, using polyjuice, and then storm the stage and kill a wizangamot member. The plan went almost flawlessly, with him killing not only an Elder by the name of Timmons, but an auror named Carter in the process. It shook the still healing nation and made the boy he framed high on the most wanted wizards list. While it did not clear Kingstreets name, it did open the doors for a lot of other things to happen, such as Greyfriar stepping down and Snark taking over the school, sparking the entire werewolf uproar currently gripping the wizarding UK.

For the last several months, Marc has been hiding out in South America in an attempt to ensure he is not being hunted as well as to enjoy their scenery, especially the kind that involves tequila and loose women. He has decided, however, to return to the UK for Christmas with the intention of seeing his daughter, and has plans to meet back up with his old Boss for some good old Yule Tide chaos.
