Arielle was using her Tuesday afternoon before dinner for something other than studying. Well Arielle could argue that it was indeed studying, but not what a professor or most Ravenclaws would classify as studying. Arielle was actually reading one of the new Witch Weekly editions. One had to keep up on the latest wizarding fashions, especially if they were a relative of a famous fashion designer. Arielle had to keep up appearances and she was not going to disappoint. With the Valentine's Day ball fast approaching one should be greatly concerned about their dress choice. Of course Arielle had long since decided what she would be wearing. Her aunt helped her get it in time, and now it was hanging ready to be worn. Arielle was being relatively secretive about what she was wearing, she didn't want anyone attempting to copy her. It was seriously doubtful that anyone would be able to pull off such a dress or find it for that matter. Arielle was beaming with pride about the idea of showing off her dress come the day of the ball.
She flipped the page of the magazine and made a noise much like a delighted gasp. There was an article about one of the famous wizards she often day dreamed and drooled about. Arielle was a teenage girl it was not surprising that this caught her attention. She was now going to salivate as she read a quick snippet of his life. He was letting Witch Weekly and in turn Arielle herself, in on a bit of her life. She loved to relish in celebrity life as if living vicariously through them. Arielle felt she was a bit more privileged than the average student though, seeing as she got to experience things like Fashion Week in Paris. She got to see some famous people from time to time, granted some of them were more of the muggle type but still they were celebrities none the less. Arielle was not to caught up in muggle celebrities. The only muggles she would have been excited to see were Stan Lee and the brilliant minds behind some of the muggle comics she had collected over the years.
Arielle giggled as she read that Clint, the celebrity she was reading about, was into comic books. He was currently reading a series that Arielle herself had started collecting. She was almost beaming at the idea of having something in common with the gorgeous Clint. Of course this little tidbit of news and pride was not something she could easily share with the population as her little love of comics was her little secret. At least she knew that little tidbit and it would keep her beaming for a few hours at least. Perhaps she would tell Gavin or Alex, as both of them knew her "geeky little secret".
