   Note: Dugan is a werewolf due to the injection of lycan contaminate. He took the injection just two months ago. The biggest difference between these bio-weapon wolves and a standard wolf is that their changes last longer. The injection is potent, causing Dugan to remain in his wolf form roughly twelve hours before and after the full moon- meaning he is transformed and attacks during the day. The contaminate also causes physical side effects, making Dugan take on some physical attributes similar to a wolf. (Eye color, body hair increase, fangs are his specific changed attributes.)

Are you currently under pursuit by the Ministry of Magic for these crimes?: They are looking for the person(s) responsible for the attacks he has made since becoming a werewolf, but they are not aware that it is Dugan they are looking for. He is, however, on their watched wizards list.

Wand: Dugan's wand is 14 7/8 inches long and made of padauk wood. It has a runespoor fang core. It is inflexible, and devoid of any decorative details.

Physical Description: Dugan is tall- standing at 6'4". He has a very thick build, surprising given his recent stints in Azkaban. Dugan takes good care of himself, and is very active. Most people would think of him as looking quite intimidating given his large size and less than friendly demeanor. His hair is dark and cropped short- when it grows it, it curls. He dresses exclusively in wizard fashion.

Ever since taking the injection to turn him into a werewolf, he has experienced some changes in his outward appearance. Dugan wears thick mutton chops now, because shaving isn't worth it due to an excessive growth in hair. His eyes were once a boring shade of brown, but are now a warm shade of amber. His canines are also fang-like. He looks pretty scary, so he tries to keep a low profile when he isn't out busting heads for the cause.

Personality Description: Of all the nasty things a person could be, Dugan is probably all of them rolled up into one. He's short tempered and violent- making him prone to fights and arguments of all kinds, and of course to making enemies. He doesn't watch his tongue, and has no qualms about taking what he wants from whoever it is that has it. This aggression has only increased in the last couple of months.

He's not an incredibly bright person. Dugan has turned to a life of crime to gain the things he cannot get for himself. He's not smart enough to hold a high paying job, and has too much pride (and is too confrontational) to work at an entry level position with the public. Dugan survives by stealing what he needs, and doing odd jobs for people. (Getting paid for crimes for the most part.) His only skills, it seems, are in not getting caught. (Because when you look at the big picture, he gets away with more than he gets convicted for.)

Dugan is a follower. He doesn't have the charisma or patience to lead, and finds himself doing the bidding of others. (But only if he wants to do it, of course. He doesn't like to be bossed around.) Due to being a pureblood, in and out of Azkaban, as well as being watched by the ministry he has taken interest in the WBA and has dedicated himself to helping achieve whatever agenda  Cináed has planned. (What are cousins for, after all?)

Basically, he's just not a nice guy. He's aggressive, rude, violent, and short tempered. Dugan doesn't do anything that he doesn't want to do, and even his paid ventures and his dedication to the WBA gives him a sense of self satisfaction. His only redeeming quality is an unrivaled loyalty to his family and whatever cause he believes in. Dugan would die before selling out anyone he cares about.

History: Dugan was born into a pureblood family- albeit a very poor one. His father was a Macduff, and his mother was a Tawse. Though they did not have much money growing up, they were a very proud family. His parents taught their children to be purists, and not to accept hand outs. They could make it just fine on their own. They even refused to allow family to help, not wanting to be indebted to anyone.

As a child, Dugan was always jealous of those who had more than he did. He was always taking things and getting into trouble for it by his parents. Not that he minded. He never got seriously punished- so he kept on doing it. Dugan never got along with his siblings, either, always picking fights with them and with other children in their small wizarding section of the larger village of Dunfermline. Before long most kids wouldn't play with Dugan, and he was left to entertain himself while his parents were at work.

When Dugan entered Hogwarts, he was quickly sorted into Slytherin. He never did well in his classes, barely managing to scrape by and graduate from Hogwarts. Dugan was in trouble a lot in school, too, for fighting and for stealing from his classmates. He nearly got expelled in his seventh year for fighting so much, but when he faced the truth of being kicked out so close to the end he worked hard to keep himself in school.

Upon graduating he got a job as a clerk at a shop in Diagon Alley. Dugan lasted about five months before he was found stealing money out of the cash register. He was promptly fired and it was the first charge on his criminal record. Dugan quit his job and turned to a life of crime- getting deep into Knockturn Alley, running errands for shady people, and being a criminal-for-hire.

His second conviction came in 1994 at the age of twenty. Dugan was stalking and harassing his ex girlfriend, refusing to accept their break up for what it was. Eventually it was decreed he had to stay away from her- the wizarding equivalent of a restraining order. Just a couple of months after this he broke into her home and trashed the place- destroying almost everything. He was convicted of this, and fined for the damages.

The next few years, Dugan found himself making enough to survive on his own and rented out a very dingy flat in Knockturn above a shop. Dugan was mixed up in the black market, and picked up the habit of mugglebaiting for fun. It was obvious he was a bad egg, and was always under the ministry's radar and was often questioned for crimes. Sometimes he was involved, sometimes not, but he managed to elude any convictions for another few years until he found himself in a pretty nasty bar fight. Dugan nearly killed a man- by brute force- and was convicted of attempted murder. He was sentenced to three years in Azkaban.

Upon his release, it took a few months to find steady work again. He spent those months homeless, and bitter. After saving enough money to get another dingy flat, Dugan got to enjoy his freedom for less than two years before he was convicted of mugglebaiting. Someone who worked at the shop he lived above turned him in for it. Dugan would never forgive the man. A few months after his release from Azkaban in December of 2003, Dugan found the man and killed him. He went to trial for it, but was eventually found innocent due to a lack of solid evidence.

In 2005 he found himself being questioned relentlessly about a crime. This time, however, Dugan was innocent. He didn't want to go right back to Azkaban and tried to cooperate with the ministry in hopes of preventing this from happening. Then, one day, an auror crossed the line with him and they got into a fight. Dugan was sent to Azkaban for two more years for assaulting an officer. He nearly had his wand broken, too.

Since being released in 2007, Dugan is regularly watched by the ministry. His wand can be inspected at any time to ensure he is not practicing the dark arts, or hurting people. It's a frustrating situation to be in. Dugan has illegally picked up a second wand (the one described above) to use so that his nefarious activities are not detected.

The last two years, Dugan has been spending more time with his cousin,  Cináed Tawse. He has stayed at the Black Chimaera off and on. Recently Dugan has taken up permanent residence elsewhere in London.

About two months ago, Dugan agreed to allow  Cináed to use him as a werewolf weapon. The injection caused him to be more aggressive. He rather enjoys knowing the damage he can cause while in his wolf form. Dugan intends to aid  Cináed in any way he can to further the cause of the WBA, and hopefully make the ministry look like a bunch of buffoons. He's basically  Cináed's lackey at this point- doing his cousin's bidding (legal or illegal).

Sum up your character in one paragraph: Dugan is a very nasty criminal. He enjoys hurting others, and gets a kick out of being a werewolf now. Dugan has no regrets for the crimes he has committed (other than getting caught). For the most part he is a follower, lacking the skills to lead any group of people and finds himself as  Cináed's lackey recently. His goal at the moment is to wreak havoc on the wizarding world in the hopes of helping further the WBA's agenda.
