Erik finds Fir's hair fascinating, and Fir would probably find Erik cute in that he's easily instigated into any sort of mischief and they could probably throw nonsensical ideas off of each other. Ultimately Erik is a little intimidated and weirded out by Fir, and I'm sure Fir would take advantage of that or he could try and erase any of Erik's worry and make him more of a friend.

It's really hard to tell how people would react to Naomi, but I think her devious side would appeal to Fir somewhat. While she wouldn't try and approach him beyond needing something, I'm sure he could stick his nose in her business if he's interested in what she's up to, or if he just thinks she'd be useful for something. She's also a good dancer and just loves to dance with people, so he might like that part of her too.

I can definitely see them as friends. Evie finds him fascinating and fun. Part of me wants to throw in some flirting and see what kind of looks they'd get haha.
